Our Policies

You are required to book a minimum of an hour per session.

You will be charged for at least an hour per session, regardless of the time elapsed.

You will be charged for the time booked or however long the session lasts, depending on whichever is longest.

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling.

If we are notified greater than 24 hours before the session, there is no fee to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before a session, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the time you booked.

If you no call/no show for an appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to two hours of tutoring at your hourly rate and you will not be able to book another appointment until the fee is paid.

If you reschedule less than 24 hours before a session, you will be charged a rescheduling fee equivalent to a half-hour of tutoring.

We do not offer refunds on completed sessions or sessions paid for in advance.
